Process Flow
Copper plating → Recycling → Rinsing → Activation (5~10% Sulphuric acid) → Rinsing → Plating of full bright nickel → Recycling → Rinsing → Activation (5% sulphuric acid) → Rinsing → Pure water rinsing → Electroplating cyanide-free copper-zinc alloy Gold → water washing → passivation → water washing → pure water washing → drying → spraying and baking.
